Supported Internet Bandwidth Requirements

  • A broadband minimum connection of 5 Mbps Download & 3 Mbps Upload with a recommended connection of 30 Mbps Download and 10 Mbps Upload. Go to WWW.SPEEDTEST.NET to test your bandwidth speed
  • Sharing bandwidth with phone systems is not recommended with a slower connection

    • Always keep browsers updated to current for best security
  • Power settings need to be set to “never sleep” for computer hard drives & network cards
