Premium Updates & Support permits Desktop Streaming Support at the Tech’s discretion where the Church Windows Technical Support professional can connect to your computer via a high-speed Internet connection. A great value!
The technician can see your data and control your computer mouse, which facilitates troubleshooting. Churches on Premium Support will also receive time-saving, priority callback status for issue resolution.
Premium Updates & Support is a tremendous bargain at only an additional $100 per year, regardless of the number of modules owned.
Cost is based on the number of modules owned.
