Onboarding Request

Subscribers to the Deluxe and Elite Tiers receive access to Onboarding with a Setup Consultant. Onboarding gives you support throughout the setup process, so you can start using Church Windows with confidence!

  • At what time would you like your Onboarding? Onboarding is typically available weekdays from 9:30am to 4:00pm Eastern Time.

Your onboarding process will include:

  • A designated technician to guide you through the implementation and migration process.
  • A complete introduction to the application, its interface, and its core features.
  • Education on how to use and navigate the core processes and features.
  • Receive the “Getting Started” resources.

Our process guidelines:

  • Onboarding is for the Deluxe and Elite Support Tier only.
  • Must begin within 30-90 days after purchase.
  • Any additional training beyond Onboarding will be Live Web Training.
  • Customers who did not utilize Onboarding and need assistance can use Project Helper.
  • Duration will vary by customer, and will not exceed 120 days.
  • Elite Tier customers can use one hour a month of Live Web Training in addition to Onboarding.
