The List Giver # Report can actually show both current (as of today) and new numbers if you change the default date.

On the report option screen, it is currently defaulting to the start date for the new numbers which means the new numbers show in the current column (because they are current for that date).  If you change the date to today (or some other date this year) it will show both the current and next numbers.

In the next version, 23.21.1, we will default the date to today instead to make it more like what people expect.
