In this document, 2020 is the end of the life cycle for the Church Windows Financial module, as the software will not advance into the 2021 fiscal year. The Church Windows Accounting module was released in 2008 as an upgrade to Financial, and thousands of customers have been enjoying its features and flexibility for the last 12 years.

Now is an excellent time to upgrade from Financial to Accounting!

If your church is a member of our Update and Support Program, you already own Accounting, and
upgrading is just a matter of installing the newer version and then converting from Financial to Accounting.

If your church is not a member of our Update and Support Program, we are currently offering an Upgrade Special to update you to the current version of Church Windows, then you will convert to Accounting (and Donations, if you own it). Click here for the Upgrade Special.

All years of Financial history do convert into Accounting!

PLEASE NOTE: Your computer must meet the Minimum System Requirements for the current version of Church Windows.

We encourage you to convert to Accounting as soon as possible so that we have more time to help you with your transition. If you wait until January to convert, there are longer wait times because our call volume rises exponentially.
