Church Windows' Compliance with USPS Requirements

You must have a permit from the USPS to send out Bulk Mailings. If you use Standard Bulk Mail, you may qualify for a Non-Profit rate from the USPS. For further information about bulk mail, you can request "Publication 95", also known as the "Quick Service Guide", from your local postmaster or USPS.com.

There are two facets to these requirements that concern Church Windows:

• CASS Certification and NCOA Processing of your addresses
• Printing Labels with Barcodes
