Void EFT

Void EFT allows you to reverse an EFT transaction in your Payroll record.

The cases in which this action is appropriate are rare. If the EFT file has already been submitted to your bank, you will need to contact your bank to see what action can be taken with the transfer.

Access Void EFT

To access from the Button Bar, go to Direct Deposit/EFT > Void EFT

Void an EFT

  1. Select the EFT you want to void.

  2. Click .

  3. Confirm the selection.

    To see previously voided transactions, check the Show Voided box in the lower left.
