If purchasing a subscription, the customer agrees to an initial annual subscription period of twelve months. During the subscription period, the Licensee may increase modules or move up in the Tier of Service but may not move down.  After one contract year, the service will continue at the same Tier of Service at the current rates on a month-to-month basis, or customers may change their service.  Disregard if not purchasing a subscription.
