COVID-19 Message and Support Hours

Thank you for your visit to the Church Windows Software website.

Our goal is to serve our customers while keeping our staff safe, all while remaining in compliance with our state’s guidelines. Our telephone hours are now 10AM to 4PM, EDT, Monday through Friday. We have staff answering the phones during those hours, both for Sales and Support. If all lines are busy, you may leave a voice mail and it will be returned.

If you are awaiting a callback: Please note that since our techs are working remotely, the call may appear as ‘No Caller ID.’

As during the past weeks, we also have staff returning calls and emails by email request. If you need assistance outside those hours, please use the buttons below and complete the appropriate form. We will respond with assistance as quickly as possible!
